About the Role
Our valued Member is looking for a skilled Electrician to join their team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while delivering high quality work and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently
- Ensure all work meets ESA standards and electrical code
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Maintain accurate job documentation and material tracking
- Lead and mentor apprentices on-site
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

- Jobs completed on time and within budget
- Clean, professional workmanship with no ESA deficiencies
- Strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Safe, organized job sites and company vehicle
Qualifications
- 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong knowledge of electrical code and materials
- Experience in troubleshooting and service work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership ability to guide apprentices
- Fire Alarm Certification (asset)
