Job Title: SAFe Delivery Lead
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAFe Delivery Lead with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise Agile delivery and support large-scale transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAFe delivery initiatives supporting enterprise transformation programs.
- Coordinate Agile teams delivering customer, citizen, and patient-focused solutions.
- Support regulatory, compliance, and governance-driven initiatives.
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART events, and delivery governance activities.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align delivery objectives.
- Monitor program health, delivery metrics, and strategic outcomes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation processes.
- Support modernization and enterprise platform initiatives.
- Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure successful execution of complex enterprise programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a SAFe Delivery Lead within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong experience leading enterprise Agile delivery initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Agile, and program delivery frameworks.
- Experience supporting modernization and digital transformation programs.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing enterprise-level delivery risks and dependencies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE, or equivalent certification preferred.
