Job Opportunity: Full-Time Property Manager
Location: Halifax HRM, Nova Scotia
Hours: Full Time
Split Rock Properties is seeking a Property Manager to assist with open houses and private showings for our new construction rental buildings. You’ll also handle leasing showings for our current properties across the Halifax HRM. This is a travel-heavy role, so a reliable vehicle is a must. This position is perfect for a professional who can commit to 40 hours a week, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct open houses and private showings of rental units
- Provide information about the properties and answer questions
- Assist potential tenants with lease application procedures
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere during showings
Requirements:
- Availability during early evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and professional
- A passion for people and sales
