Summary
We are seeking applicants for the role of Warehouse Associate to join our team in Concord, Vaughan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing directly to our mission of delivering top-quality automotive parts to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to minimize damage and delays.
- Assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Receive and audit shipments to ensure inventory correctness.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Clean driver's license
- Ability to lift and move objects with an average weight of 30 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a good work ethic.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods.
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse settings.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and problem-solving.
- G license to drive company vehicles for deliveries.
