We’re looking for a Prep Cook to join our team and help keep our kitchens dialed, stocked, and ready to crush service.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys kitchen work — staying organized, working with good ingredients, and being part of a team that cares about doing things properly.
Ideally you must have previous professional kitchen experience
Monday to Friday — 8:00am to 4:00pm
$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Working through daily prep lists and recipes with consistency and care

Washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients for production

Packaging and labeling items accurately

Keeping your station clean, tight, and food-safe

Supporting cooks and chefs with whatever prep is needed

Helping receive and properly store incoming product
This is a great role for someone who wants to build real kitchen skills, including:

Baking and dough work

Sandwich and composed item building

Sauce cookery and batch production

Basic butchery and protein fabrication

Fresh pasta making

Previous experience in a professional kitchen (prep, line, commissary, etc.)
