SAN Autohub Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing dealership in Kitchener.
The successful candidate will assist customers in finding the right vehicle, respond to online and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, conduct test drives, and follow up with leads. You should be confident, professional, and focused on providing excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Respond to online, phone and walk-in leads
- Understand customers’ vehicle requirements and budgets
- Schedule appointments and conduct vehicle test drives
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing and warranty options
- Follow up consistently with potential customers
- Complete sales paperwork accurately
- Update customer information and notes in the dealership CRM
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Follow all dealership and OMVIC requirements
Requirements
- Valid OMVIC salesperson registration is required
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Previous automotive-sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and social media
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability
- Punjabi, Hindi or other languages are an asset
Compensation
- Commission-based position
- High earning potential based on performance
- Dealership-generated leads provided
- Additional performance bonuses may be available

- Compensation will comply with applicable Ontario employment standards
