Job Summary
The Floor – Cycle Count/Slotting is responsible for maintaining inventory and investigating internal discrepancies for all floor stock.
Essential Job Functions *
- Assists in supervision and completion of quarterly inventories.
- Investigates shortages on receipts and takes corrective action.
- Daily spot checking of finished goods/raw material inventories at random.
- Review inventory adjustment lists daily and investigate variances.
- Investigate trail of inventory losses.
- Oversee entry of inventory tags.
- Check Production Exception Reports.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support and follow internal health & safety programs and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience
- Secondary school diploma or higher.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least 1 year experience working in a distribution center.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High levels of precision and attention to detail
- Experience with Warehouse Management and inventory systems.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Operational Equipment
In accordance with pay transparency requirements, the pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.
