Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are spotless and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality standards to deliver consistent results
Requirements
- Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning tools and chemicals
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and hygiene standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining scheduled cleaning routines
