Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass components. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace automotive glass in various vehicles, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete glass installations and repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of automotive glass to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding glass services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
