Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists with daily tasks and patient interactions.
- Support inventory management and medication preparation.
- Engage with customers to provide friendly and professional service.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Conduct medication reviews and identify / resolve drug-related problems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a Pharmacy Student or Intern.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmacy software systems (Kroll) is advantageous.
- Injection certification is preferred.
