Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. This role involves diagnosing pool equipment issues, completing repairs and equipment upgrades and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Complete repairs
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers about their pool’s condition and needed services
- Provide excellent customer service, answer client questions, and offer recommendations for pool care
- Follow company safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool service, maintenance, or repair
- Knowledge of pool chemistry, water balance, and pool equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
