We are seeking a dedicated Raymond Reach Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Raymond reach trucks to pick, pack, and organize products in the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update stock movements accurately
- Perform order picking tasks with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected
- Handle heavy lifting tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Use clamp trucks and forklifts as needed for moving large or palletized items
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to maintain optimal operational condition
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory audits to support accurate stock levels
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating Raymond reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems
- Ability to operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with order pickers and order picking procedures
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or operating machinery
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
