Position Summary:
To enter all of the information on the corresponding bills accurately and efficiently as well as required to match and manifest loads
Hours: Night Shift 1930 & 22:30 starting times
Position Responsibilities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Bill accounts with accurate data entry
- Knowledge of transportation bills of lading and terminology.
- Knowledge of client database.
- Auditing of invoices to confirm all information has been captured.
- Assist members of the team
- Data entry
- Match loads
- Manifest trailers
- Faxing and photocopying
Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software is considered an asset.
- Previous experience with Customs/Brokerage is considered an asset.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a high-functioning team.
- Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department or units’ regulations, policies, rules, functions, procedures, or processes.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
