We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand health histories and treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized acupuncture treatment plans based on patient conditions
- Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile techniques and appropriate safety protocols
- Monitor patient responses during treatments and adjust techniques as necessary
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and lifestyle modifications for ongoing wellness
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients
Experience
- Proven experience as an Acupuncturist, preferably within a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and holistic health practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to integrative healthcare settings
- Prior experience working with diverse patient populations is advantageous
- Certification or licensing required by state regulations for practicing acupuncture
