We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales/Admin Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Answering multi-line phone systems
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and our Database
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and document proofreading
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients via phone
- Support sales activities by processing orders, and managing client information
- Ensure smooth office operations through effective organization and time management
- Scheduling Appointments for our technicians
- Part Quoting and Ordering
- Opportunity to grow into a Service Technician if candidate has mechanical background
- Requirements
- Proven experience with Google Workspace and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Clerical or administrative experience in an office setting preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific tasks
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
