Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal (With Year-Round Permanent options available)
Salary: Starting at $23.00/hour for Level 1 certifications (Scales upward based on higher certification levels)

What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Requirements)
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Legal Status: Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid Canadian Work Permit.
- Certifications: Must hold a current certification from at least one of the following organizations:
- CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance)
- CASI (Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors)
- CSCF / ACA (Alpine Canada Alpin / Coaches)
- CADS (Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing)
- Note: Our base entry wage starts at $23.00/hr for Level 1, with higher rates corresponding to Level 2, 3, or dual credentials.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and fun ski/snowboard lessons to guests of various ages and ability levels (groups and privates).
- Act as an intranet/resort ambassador, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist with Snow School setup, breakdown, and school group coordination as needed.
- Prioritize safety and risk management on the slopes at all times.
