We are currently seeking a Wiring & Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, electrical, automotive, machine building, or skilled trades experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building high-quality products.
What You'll Do
As a Wiring & Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring custom industrial control panels and electrical enclosures used in a variety of industrial applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling industrial control panels, operator stations, and electrical enclosures
- Installing electrical and mechanical components according to drawings and layouts
- Measuring, cutting, labeling, and routing wire assemblies
- Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material
- Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accurately
- Maintaining quality standards and workmanship throughout the build process
- Supporting testing and inspection activities as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical documentation accurately.
Preferred qualifications include experience in one or more of the following:
- Electrical assembly or panel wiring
- Mechanical assembly or machine building
- Manufacturing or industrial production
- Automotive service, repair, or installation
- Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, or technical drawings
Minimum Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, assembly, automotive, or trade environment
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous control panel building or industrial wiring experience is considered a strong asset.

Compensation
$21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
