We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Conveyancer to join a growing, high-performing brokerage. In this role, you'll guide residential transactions from accepted offer to successful completion, working closely with Realtors, clients, lawyers, lenders, and other industry professionals to ensure every file is handled with precision, professionalism, and care.

Compensation:
$65,000+ yearly DOE
Responsibilities:-
Manage residential real estate transactions from accepted offer through completion and possession

Prepare, review, and maintain conveyancing files and supporting documentation

Ensure contracts and transaction documents are accurate, complete, and compliant

Coordinate with clients, Realtors, lawyers, lenders, mortgage brokers, and other industry professionals

Monitor transaction timelines, conditions, subject removals, completion dates, and possession dates

Request and organize title searches, strata documents, mortgage instructions, and other required materials

Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with brokerage policies and industry regulations

Provide exceptional service by keeping clients and Realtors informed throughout every stage of the transaction

Support the sales team with transaction coordination and administrative assistance

Anticipate potential issues and help resolve them before they impact a closing
Qualifications:-
Experience as a Real Estate Conveyancer, Conveyancing Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or similar role

Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and real estate transactions

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, positive, and solution-focused mindset

Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate software platforms

Experience working in a brokerage, legal office, notary office, or conveyancing environment is an asset
