- We are looking to bring on individuals who are experienced with exterior painting and staining work.
Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Painters to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for completing various painting and labor tasks to support our projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
* Exterior painting and prep experience is a must.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping priming, sanding, caulking, and filling.
- Protect surfaces with floor protection, drop clothes, masking etc.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Properly setup working areas as well as proper teardown/cleanup
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to prep and paint all substrates, such as stucco, shakes, siding, soffits, trim, etc. and achieve high quality results in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Comfortable using and working from ladders, manlifts etc.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
