Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all students.
- Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to enhance student learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions as necessary to support academic achievement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding education.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide professional development opportunities.
- Promote a safe and inclusive school culture that values diversity and encourages student engagement.
- Manage school budgets and resources effectively to maximize educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- AMI and or MACTE accreditations.
- Proven experience in educational leadership or teaching roles.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster collaboration among staff members.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in education practices.
