Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse RPN/RN to join our healthcare team. This position is Monday through Friday and typically 8:30am to 4:00pm most days. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care across various settings. Duties
- Rooming patients, taking and inputting vitals and brief histories, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic health records such as PS Suites.
- Assist with specialized care needs such as dementia care, pediatrics, senior care, hospice, pain management, and case management.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols in all aspects of patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing activities and patient interactions.
Skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology, vaccine/medication administration, and laboratory procedures.
- Experience working with electronic health records such as PS Suites.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse populations including children and elderly patients.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients/families.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
