Lewis Motors is a Family Owned and Operated Business since 1941. The Owen Sound Store opened in 2006 and since then our Team has managed to grow and foster great relationships in and around the Owen Sound Area. We are currently looking to add a Service Writer/Advisor to the team.
The Service Advisor/Writer plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the Service Department in a professional, timely, efficient manner while ensuring that the Service Processes are followed and that the Communication between Service, Parts, Vendors and most importantly the Customers is Priority
This includes but is not limited to: Open Repair Orders, Create Estimates, Create Purchase Orders, Contact Customers, Answer incoming Phone Calls, Assist with Parts look-up and Procurement. Rolling Parts over to Repair Orders, Review Repair Orders for Final Invoicing,
This smaller shop will provide plenty of growth opportunities for an individual who wants to learn and expand their skills in a truck dealership.
