Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate Client Needs – Read between the lines to identify what clients require — often before they articulate it.
- Deliver Seamless Service – Manage calls, emails, and special requests with concierge-level care, precision, and follow-through.
- Think Creatively Under Pressure – Resolve challenges with grace, discretion, and resourcefulness.
- Design Memorable Experiences – Consider the full client journey, from first contact to follow-up, ensuring every step feels intentional, elegant, and aligned with our brand values.
- Build and Protect the Brand – Uphold our reputation for exclusivity, trust, and excellence, while actively seeking ways to enhance brand perception through each interaction.
- Collaborate with Team Members – Work closely with colleagues to deliver a unified, elevated experience.
- Document & Track – Accurately log client interactions and feedback in our CRM system for service continuity.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably with high-profile, high-net-worth, or luxury-brand clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills — polished, tactful, and engaging.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure.
- Strong sense of brand alignment and the ability to make decisions that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities without compromising on service quality.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and related technology; luxury service environment experience is an asset.
