AMK is hiring an Assistant Service Manager (Service Advisor) for a leading German automotive dealership in Oakville. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you’ll support both internal teams and retail customers with parts, accessories, and inventory needs.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories
- Handle in-person, phone, and internal workshop requests quickly and accurately
- Support technicians and service advisors by providing timely parts availability
- Process special orders and follow up on back-ordered items
- Prepare parts for pickup, delivery, and shipping as needed
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory to maintain accuracy
- Maintain proper documentation and updates in the inventory system
- Help manage stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Keep the parts area clean, organized, and efficient for daily operations
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of automotive parts or similar experience required
- Basic technical understanding of vehicle parts and systems
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple requests at once
