The Delivery and Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials, windows, doors, siding, and related products throughout Nova Doors and Windows' operations. This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, organizing warehouse inventory, preparing customer and installation orders, completing deliveries to job sites and company locations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
The successful candidate represents Nova Doors and Windows professionally when interacting with customers, contractors, suppliers, and fellow employees while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments from suppliers.
- Verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Report damaged or missing materials immediately.
- Label and organize inventory correctly.
- Rotate stock where appropriate.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and stock audits.
- Warehouse Operations
- Safely store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare materials for installation crews.
- Prepare customer pickup orders.
- Ensure products are protected from damage during storage.
- Maintain organized warehouse aisles and storage locations.
- Remove waste materials and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Deliveries
- Deliver windows, doors, siding, trim, hardware, glass, and other products to:
- Residential job sites
- Commercial projects
- Company branches
- Suppliers
- Customers
- Secure loads using proper load restraint methods.
- Inspect delivery vehicle before each use.
- Ensure all required documentation accompanies deliveries.
- Report delivery issues immediately.
- Maintain professional customer service during all deliveries.
Material Handling
- Safely lift, carry, move and stack products.
- Assist production staff moving completed products.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (when authorized).
- Use proper lifting techniques.
- Protect finished products from scratches or damage.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
