Cedarstone Group Inc. is hiring a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to support our residential renovation and construction projects throughout Toronto and the GTA.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants consistent construction experience, enjoys physical work, shows up on time, and is willing to learn from an experienced renovation team. No extensive construction background is required; attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with site setup, protection, cleanup, and daily organization
- Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials and tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople, carpenters, and site supervisors as directed
- Perform demolition, garbage removal, and site preparation tasks
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the day
- Help with material pickups, deliveries, and general site errands when required
- Follow company safety procedures and instructions at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently arrive for early morning starts
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials safely
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Able to take direction and work well as part of a team
- Basic hand-tool familiarity is an asset, but not required
- Construction, demolition, renovation, landscaping, or warehouse experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and access to transportation are an asset
- Safety boots required; Working at Heights and WHMIS certification are an asset
What We Offer
- Pay of $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on reliability, experience, and performance
- Full-time work opportunities on residential renovation and structural construction projects

- Worksites primarily located in Toronto and across the GTA
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Typically 8-hour shifts
- Occasional overtime or Saturday work may be available depending on project requirements
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
