Staff Pharmacist Position in Pembroke, Ontario

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join a thriving community pharmacy in Pembroke, ON. If you are an Ottawa pharmacist tired of heavy traffic, understaffed high-volume stores, and a high cost of living that offsets every pay increase—this position is designed for you.
What This Role Offers
- Hourly compensation of $65 to $67—some of the highest staff pharmacist wages in Eastern Ontario
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 with a 1-year commitment, or $20,000 with a 2-year commitment
- 2 to 3 weeks of paid vacation
- A well-supported staff including 1-2 pharmacists, 3 registered technicians, and 13 pharmacy assistants, allowing you to practice at the top of your license without being overwhelmed by dispensing tasks
