We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for date entry, anserwing the phones and emails, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in this field or in the retail car industry. Responsibilities:- Answering phones and greeting visitors- Scheduling appointments - Receiving and sending out mail and packages (Fedex,Purolator) Entering orders and maintaining accurate records- Providing customer support and resolving issues- Assisting with personal tasks to the president of the company as needed
Requirements:- Experience as a receptionist in a car dealership is preferred- Proficient in Word (Excel,Word,Powerpoint) Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail- Billingual- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong communication skills both written and verbal-Respectful and courteous
