This position’s primary responsibilities are to manage the design documentation for the Electrical Engineering department by gathering the documentation required and coordinating with various internal departments. This position will also provide administrative support to the Engineering department and assist with the design of production drawings in both 2D and 3D.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist designers with production drawings.
- Assist in creating and releasing outputs for other departments based on specifications.
- Create records for department meetings and shop visits.
- Prepare Non-Conformance Reports.
- Review project information for availability and accuracy.
- Performing other duties as allocated.
WHAT IT TAKES

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology and/or work experience in related field.
- Experience with design software databases such as AutoCAD and CREO.
- Experience in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Electrical design experience is an asset.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check for the duration of employment.
