Avanciers is hiring an Analog Layout Engineer. You will work closely with layout engineers and RF designers to develop transistor-level layouts for high-performance RF and analog integrated circuits.

Required Qualifications
- Must be located within commuting distance of Burnaby, BC, Canada, or willing to relocate
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in custom RF/analog layout for RF transceivers
- Experience in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies (FinFET: N5, N3, N2 or advanced nodes)
- Proficiency in Calibre tools (DRC, ERC, LVS, etc.)
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Layout XL
- Strong understanding of:
- Device matching techniques
- Parasitic minimization
- RF shielding and high-frequency routing
- RC delay, electromigration, coupling effects
- Guard rings, DNW, PN junctions
- Process effects (LOD, WPE, etc.)
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
- Ability to work in cross-functional engineering environments
