Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other common areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, and surface disinfecting
- Maintain cleaning schedules and document completed tasks
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, especially in commercial or facilities maintenance settings, is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies is advantageous
- Familiarity with basic facilities maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
