Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work sites or project areas
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and organization
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Help with moving heavy objects or materials safely throughout the worksite
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a secure working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
- No formal experience required; training will be provided on all job-specific tasks
- Prior experience in manual labour, construction, or warehouse environments is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to the worksite consistently
