Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Labourer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers hands-on experience in a variety of construction tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support installation activities including flooring, painting, and restoration work
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling materials
- Support the installation of construction components according to specifications and schematics
- Moving boxes of flooring
- Disposal of garbage when needed
- Prepping walls, cabinetry and windows for painting
Experience
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is highly valued
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry techniques is advantageous
- Experience with restoration projects or construction painting is beneficial
Pay: $20.00 per hour
