We are a boutique gift company based in Vancouver, BC, operating three brands: Green & Green (corporate and personal gifting), Snack Heros (curated snack boxes), and Green & Green Promo (branded merchandise). We specialize in high-quality, thoughtfully curated gift boxes and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience for both corporate and personal clients.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to join us part-time in a hands-on role that keeps our orders moving smoothly from start to delivery.
Duties
- Tracking all incoming orders and keeping our order management system current and accurate throughout the day
- Packing gift boxes to our presentation standards, ensuring every order is beautiful, complete, and ready to impress
- Booking couriers and managing outgoing shipments, including monitoring tracking until delivery is confirmed
- Following up on active orders and flagging any delays, substitutions, or issues proactively
- Receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and putting away stock accurately
- Maintaining an organized, efficient workspace so orders can be packed and shipped without delays
- Managing inventory levels, flagging low stock before it becomes a problem, and keeping records current
- Supporting the team with general operational tasks as needed
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
