Signalix is looking for motivated, sales-driven, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our Freedom Mobile team in London, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting and assisting every customer.
- Drive sales by recommending wireless plans, devices, accessories, and value-added services based on customer needs.
- Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, plan changes, and account support.
- Demonstrate product features and explain promotions confidently.
- Process sales transactions accurately while following company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is required.
- Telecommunications or wireless sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and promotions.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
