Our team provides finance, human resources, payroll, legal and administrative services, helping each company operate effectively while benefiting from the resources and experience of a larger organization.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator who is eager to build a well-rounded accounting career, enjoys solving problems and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.
As part of the KJ Management Finance team, you will help provide financial support across the K-Line Collective. The role offers exposure to multiple industries, operating companies and accounting challenges that are rarely available in a single-company environment.
This position is employed by KJ Management Inc., the shared services company that provides finance, human resources, payroll, legal and administrative support to the companies within the K-Line Collective.
About the Role
This is not a role focused on a single accounting function. Instead, you'll gain exposure to the full accounting cycle while supporting multiple companies, collaborating with experienced finance professionals, and expanding your technical and analytical skills.
You'll contribute to a variety of financial processes, support operational priorities, participate in month-end activities, perform account reconciliations, learn new systems, and contribute to process improvements that help strengthen the way we work. As your experience grows, so will your opportunities to expand your knowledge and responsibilities.

The successful candidate works independently while collaborating effectively with others, exercises sound judgment, is confident making day-to-day decisions, recognizes when guidance is needed, and proactively identifies opportunities to solve problems and improve processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interested in technology, process improvement, and automation
