Here at Curaleaf International, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team in Brampton. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining our buildings, equipment, and infrastructure within a highly regulated production environment. You'll help ensure our operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Location: Brampton, Canada (on-site)
Hours: 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: CA$65000

What You'll Do

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and general repairs across the facility.

Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC systems.

Complete routine inspections and support equipment installations and facility improvement projects.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment while accurately completing maintenance records.

Operate hand and power tools, ladders, lifts, and other maintenance equipment safely.

Work collaboratively with Operations, Cultivation, Production, and Facilities teams to support daily site operations.
You will also participate in overtime and emergency maintenance support when required.
What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (trade or technical qualifications are an asset).

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or an industrial environment.

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in food manufacturing, cannabis, or another production environment would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
