Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the game of pool. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pool hall, including assisting customers, maintaining the facility, and ensuring that all equipment is in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the pool hall.
- Explain the rules and regulations of the pool hall and ensure compliance.
- Set up tables and equipment for customers.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the pool hall.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Provide basic instructions and tips to novice players.
- Manage bookings and reservations for tables.
- Assist with organizing and hosting pool tournaments and events.
- Perform routine maintenance on pool tables and equipment.
-Maintenance of premises hygiene and cleanliness.
-Servicing beverages and ready to eat snacks
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pool and snooker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds if required

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $34,500.00-$46,000.00 per year
