The Role
We’re hiring self-motivated sales professionals who are comfortable in a commission-only environment and want full control over their income. You’ll speak with homeowners and business owners who have already shown interest in solar and guide them through their options using a structured, ethical sales process.
This is not a high-pressure role — accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through matter here.
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a 100% commission-only position (no base salary, no draw).
Typical earning ranges (OTE):
● $80,000–$120,000/year for consistent performers
● $150,000+ for top performers who follow the process and manage volume well
Earnings are directly tied to performance, follow-up discipline, and deal quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Speaking with inbound solar leads by phone and video
● Educating clients on solar options, incentives, and next steps
● Qualifying opportunities and booking follow-up consultations
● Maintaining clear and accurate CRM notes
● Representing Solar X professionally and ethically
This Role Is a Good Fit If You

● Have prior sales experience (solar experience is an asset, not required)
● Communicate clearly and confidently
