Our client is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler I to support production operations by assembling and wiring electrical and mechanical components. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience and develop wiring skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.
What's the Job?
- Assemble and mount electrical, mechanical, and sub-assembly components onto panels, enclosures, and structures following standard layouts
- Perform basic wiring of electrical products using customer drawing packages and schematics
- Assist with non-standard wiring tasks under the guidance of experienced Electrical Assemblers
- Conduct functionality checks, including continuity testing (e.g., “buzzing out”)
- Complete checklists and documentation accurately
- Assemble enclosures and structural components as required
- Deliver completed sub-assemblies to production areas
- Support inventory maintenance by performing cycle counts and following material handling procedures
- Access and update information using internal systems (e.g., CSSM)
