We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Vaughan.
This is not a sit-back-and-watch-the-clock type of position.
We need someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping customers happy, staying organized, and jumping in wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
As part of our customer service and operations team, you will:
- Work at the customer service desk assisting walk-in and phone customers
- Coordinate customer deliveries with dispatch and help keep deliveries running smoothly
- Solve customer issues and follow problems through to completion
- Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Make inside sales and follow-up calls to house accounts and existing customers
- Help strengthen customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Work closely with sales reps, drivers, dispatch, and warehouse staff
- Assist order pickers and warehouse staff during busy periods when teamwork is needed
- Help ensure customers receive the right products and the right service - on time

The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and solving problems
- Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable making customer follow-up and inside sales calls
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficient with strong attention to detail
- Experience in industrial gases, propane, welding supplies, logistics, or customer service is an asset - but we are willing to train the right person
