This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive top-tier service and a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your contribution will help uphold our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and offering information about the property and local area.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel services preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
