We are a fast-growing dessert café specializing in premium desserts, coffee, and late-night delivery service. We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized café.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Process orders accurately through our POS system
- Package delivery and takeout orders
- Restock inventory and supplies throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of customer and work areas
- Wash dishes and assist with daily cleaning tasks
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Assist with merchandising and product displays
- Take initiative to complete tasks during slower periods
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset but not required

Availability Requirements
- Must be available for at least one weekend closing shift
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred
- Flexible availability is considered an asset
Compensation
- Starting wage: $15/hour + tips
- Performance-based wage reviews and advancement opportunities available
