About The Opportunity
Dynasty is expanding its global network of Digital Creator Scouts.
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy social media, discovering online talent, and following digital trends.
Digital Creator Scouts help identify promising creators, influencers, models, and online personalities who may benefit from joining the Dynasty Creator Network.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. Scouts work independently, choose their own schedule, and build their own creator discovery network.
No previous recruiting experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided.
What You Will Do
Digital Creator Scouts will:
- Search social media platforms to discover potential creator partners
- Identify creators with engaged audiences and growth potential
- Introduce qualified creators to Dynasty Creator Network
- Explain Dynasty's creator services and partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with creators and expand Dynasty's global creator network
Scouts may discover creators from platforms including:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Facebook
- X
- Twitch
- Reddit
- Other online communities

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
Scouts earn commissions for successful creator referrals who join Dynasty Creator Network.
Compensation is paid in U.S. dollars (USD).
Successful scouts who build strong creator networks and introduce quality creator accounts may have the opportunity to generate significant commission earnings.
Important: Earnings are performance-based. There are no guaranteed earnings. Results vary depending on creator referrals and creator success.
