VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Window Production Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, glazing, and finishing high-quality window products while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, and will work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in craftsmanship, and are looking to build a rewarding career in window manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble window frames, sashes, and components according to specifications
- Install hardware, weatherstripping, glass, and accessories
- Operate manufacturing equipment, saws, cutting stations, and assembly tools
- Read and follow production orders, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure and verify product dimensions for accuracy
- Inspect products for quality and workmanship throughout the production process
- Package completed products for shipping and delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with material handling and inventory movement as required
What You'll Bring
- Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or fabrication experience is an asset
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
