Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to client specifications
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients during visits
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Customer service experience or background in hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various job sites
