We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Apartment Move-Out Cleaner to help prepare our rental properties for incoming residents. This is not your average cleaning position—we are looking for someone who takes pride in transforming a lived-in apartment into a space that feels fresh, spotless, and move-in ready.

✔ Meticulous Attention to Detail – You notice the baseboards, light switches, inside cabinets, and behind doors.
✔ Flexibility – Move-outs don't always happen on a predictable schedule, so availability and adaptability are important.
✔ Professionalism – You represent our company when on-site and take pride in your appearance and work ethic.
✔ Strong Work Ethic – You understand that "good enough" isn't good enough.
Responsibilities:
- Deep cleaning vacant apartment units after tenant move-outs
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, floors, and fixtures
- Identifying areas that require extra attention
- Ensuring units meet our move-in-ready standards
- Communicating professionally with management regarding unit status
