Position Summary
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge seeks a Heli-Ski Program Manager (HSPM) to lead our program in Revelstoke, British Columbia. This role requires a highly organized self-motivated person with exceptional leadership, teamwork, and time management skills. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of ski industry experience including 5 or more years in a leadership role. The position requires Revelstoke residency for at least 8 months per year with remote work possible during the off-season. This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $80,000 - 100,000. Position Purpose
The Heli-Ski Program Manager is the department head for the ERL heli-ski program and is responsible for fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and exceptional guest service. This role owns the leadership, management, and oversight of the heli-ski program including but not limited to logistics, administration, staffing, planning, and operational coordination. The role is responsible for alignment of strategic priorities, operating standards, and best practices with Eleven’s global heli-ski programs. The HSPM is a consulting resource for Eleven Sales, Marketing, and Risk Management on matters directly related to the heli-ski program. The Heli-Ski Program Manager collaborates with the ERL Lodge Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience between heli-ski and lodge operations and serves as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Collaborative management of Guide and Dispatch recruiting, staffing, and scheduling
- Aviation program oversight, tracking, and scheduling
- Remote fueling infrastructure management
- Daily and seasonal record keeping and reporting
- Equipment inspection and physical inventory management
- Program quality assurance
- Collaborative management of Guide and Dispatch feedback and review process
- Works with the ERL Lodge Manager and Experience Team to support the overall guest experience
- Works with the Eleven Sales team to manage heli-ski inventory
- Works with the Eleven Marketing team to support content creation
- Works with Eleven Risk Management on insurance, legal, training, and documentation matters
- Works with Wilderness Machines to support remote fueling infrastructure
- Works with the Eleven Canada GM and the Eleven Global Ski Ops Manager to support business and program goals
- Proposes annual labor and operational expenditure budgets
- Manages annual capital expenditure proposals
- Proposes and supports initiatives to improve business efficiency
- Proficient user of Apple Macintosh hardware
- Proficient user of Google Workspace web applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to learn and efficiently use other web based platforms
- Slack (communications), UKG (HRIS), Eleven Family Office (hospitality), etc.
- Ability to learn and manage heli-ski specific hardware and software
- Kenwood radio systems, Garmin inReach, Everywhere Communications, CalTopo, etc.

- Communicates clearly, professionally, and promptly across all levels of the organization and external relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years ski industry experience with mechanized operations
- Helicopter, Snowcat, or Ski Area
- CAA Avalanche Operations Level 1 or equivalent
- Current 80-hour first aid certificate
- Expert skier or snowboarder
