In this role, you’ll work at workstation-based assembly stations assembling cassettes, kiosks, and other electro-mechanical products that help keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do

Assemble cassettes, kiosks, and related electro-mechanical products according to production requirements and schedules
- Inspect incoming parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards before assembly
- Monitor inventory and tooling levels on the production line and report shortages or discrepancies
- Perform basic mechanical testing on new parts and assemblies when required
- Follow assembly instructions, production procedures, and quality standards to ensure accurate production
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Collaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

Fluent French communication skills required
- Bilingual French/English is a strong asset to support collaboration with English-speaking teams outside Quebec
- High School Diploma required
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a similar hands-on role
- Ability to read assembly plans and follow simple technical instructions
- Comfortable using computer tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting schedules and production deadlines
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Motivated to learn, grow, and continuously improve
Benefits
Pay Rate = $22.50 CAD per hour
Shift- 1st - 7 AM - 3:30 PM EST - M F
