We are Hiring For Business Systems Analyst / Developer Position
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Toronto (Hybrid-4 Days onsite)
Pay Range - $45-$50/Hr.

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
-
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
-
Develop process flows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
-
Perform GAP analysis and impact analysis.
-
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
-
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners.
-
Support Sprint Planning, Grooming, UAT, and Production Releases.
-
Coordinate with business users during testing and production deployment.
-
Analyze production issues and recommend solutions.
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Develop and enhance application features.
-
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications and microservices
-
Build and maintain REST APIs or Microservices.
-
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
-
Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
-
Debug production issues.
-
Perform code reviews.
-
Participate in CI/CD deployment activities.
-
Support application modernization initiatives.
-
Optimize application performance.
-
Assist in integration with third-party systems.
